Medical Marijuana for Pain Relief: Uses and Research In-Person
Julie Barron, a patient advocate, will discuss what cannabis is, how it can be used for pain management and other health conditions, and cannabis’ potential role in the opioid epidemic. She will also talk on what research has been done on its health effects and why it’s been treated differently from other prescription drugs.
